We are thrilled to partner with Weeneebayko Area Health Authority (WAHA), Infrastructure Ontario, and Pomerleau on the Weeneebayko Area Health Authority (WAHA) Redevelopment Project to provide Design-Build services for the entire campus.

This vital initiative will provide critical healthcare services to communities along Ontario’s James Bay and Hudson Bay coasts, many of whom are Cree lineage.

The New Regional Healthcare Campus Will Feature:

• A new acute care hospital and ambulatory care centre

• Expanded 24-hour emergency department and 36 private inpatient beds

• A 32-bed Elder Care Lodge and primary care services

• Mental health and addictions programming

• Modern surgical suites, lab/pharmacy, and diagnostic imaging facilities

• A hostel for patients and visitors, along with staff residences
