This project was a major, fast-tracked, Cat 3 installation with most work performed at night during off-peak operational hours. It comprised a quantity of 600 centerline inset lights in existing surface, ALCMS inset/elevated stop bar and Guard Light installations and inset and elevated edge lights in existing concrete and new HMAC surfaces.
Approximately 80 guidance signs were installed as well as a quantity of 42 twenty-six ton concrete electrical manholes complete with connecting concrete encased multiple duct banks. All associated civil works including excavation, backfilling, saw cutting, coring and sealing was performed by JSM's own forces. All testing and commissioning were carried out by JSM technicians. The project was completed ahead of schedule in a fully operational environment.
