Penticton Airport, owned and operated by Transport Canada, serves the southern region of the Okanagan Valley in the interior of British Columbia.

As prime contractor for facility-wide refurbishment, JSM completed major airfield rehabilitation, new automatic emergency power systems, new distribution service and FEC building, new regulators and control system, new high mast apron floodlighting system and controls, power switch-over coordination, concrete encased duct bank systems and related civil works. JSM also coordinated airside movements to keep the airport operational throughout the construction period.
