Gander International Airport provides both military and civilian services.

As the project's prime contactor, JSM was engaged to install a new SSALR including associated concrete foundations and towers, replacement of all airfield signage with new fiber optic type, new regulators and controls as well as all associated civil works. JSM coordinated airside movement with ATC and the airport remained operational throughout the project.
