Halifax's Stanfield International Airport is Atlantic Canada's busiest airport in terms of air traffic activity.

JSM was contracted to install inset and elevated threshold lighting, ALCMS guard light /stop bar systems, SSALR Approach, Cat 2 inset touchdown, runway centerline and taxiway lead-in lights, PAPI systems, and POL wiring as well as control system modifications and major duct bank and HV cable plant and ASLC replacement throughout the site. The airport remained fully operational throughout the construction period. All associated civil works, including trenching, excavation, concrete placement, backfilling, and inset coring, were performed by JSM's own forces. All work was performed while the airport remained operational.
