CFB Winnipeg is an RCAF base co-located at Winnipeg National Airport and is home to the 17 Wing Air Squadron.

The project comprised the replacement of the entire site's underground high voltage 35KV distribution. Engaged as the prime contractor, JSM carried out all associated switching, transformers and junction tap vaults throughout the site as well as 4 substations, concrete encased underground duct and concrete manhole systems. JSM also performed all associated civil works.
