The 8 Wing Trenton Airport is Canada's largest air deployment base used primarily in the dispatch of UN operations and military flight training.

As the prime contractor, JSM was solely responsible for coordination of airside movement with air traffic through VHF radio contact during the complete refurbishment of the underground high voltage distribution system. The installation involved completely changing out existing systems with minimum disruption to ongoing base operations. All civil works were carried out by JSM's own forces.
